Every membership starts with a free trial, and a card on file is what lets the trial roll into a membership without interrupting your access. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before that from My account, then Membership & billing.
Your zip code lets CureWise rank clinical trials by distance from you and confirm the service is available where you live. Your phone number is used for two-factor sign-in codes and for nothing else. Neither is shared with third parties.
Connecting a health system links your patient portal so new records arrive automatically. Uploading documents is manual: you add a PDF or a photo yourself. Most people do both. Connect the systems that support it, then upload anything they do not hold, like a second-opinion letter or an older report.
