Yes. To check the status of a gift you sent:
- Go to curewise.com and click Gift Voucher' in the top right.
- Click the green button ‘Send a gift for clarity.’
- In the top right of the next screen, click ‘Find a gift you sent’.
- Enter the email address you used when you purchased the gift.
- We will send a one-time verification code to that address.
- Once verified, you will see your gift history including whether it has been redeemed.
You will also receive an email notification when the recipient redeems their gift.
No. The gift voucher covers the full cost of the membership for the duration you purchased. The recipient will need to enter a credit card at signup, but nothing will be charged until the gifted period ends. They can cancel before that if they choose.
If they already have a CureWise membership:
The recipient will receive an email with a unique gift code. They can apply it to their account under ‘Membership & billing’ in their account menu. Enter the gift code and click ‘Apply’. The gift credit will be applied and gift coverage is prioritized before any coupon discounts.
If they do not have a CureWise membership:
The recipient will receive an email with a unique gift code and a ‘Redeem your gift’ button. Clicking it takes them directly to signup where the code is pre-filled. They can also copy the code and enter it manually during the payment step. A credit card is required at signup but nothing will be charged today -- the gift covers the full cost of the membership for the duration purchased. When the gifted period ends, billing will begin unless they cancel first.
The gift code can only be used once.
No. There is no deadline to redeem a CureWise gift voucher. The recipient can use it whenever they are ready.
You will receive a confirmation email with a gift summary. The recipient will receive a separate email with their gift code and a link to redeem it. Because a gift like this can arrive at a tender moment, we recommend sending them a personal note to let them know it is coming.
No. You can purchase a gift voucher from the CureWise website without an account of your own.
Go to curewise.com and click ‘Gift Voucher’ in the top navigation. From there you will choose a membership duration, enter the recipient's name and email, and optionally add a personal message. You do not need a CureWise account to purchase a voucher.
There are three options: one month ($49), three months ($126), or one year ($439). Each gives the recipient full platform access, the only difference is how long it lasts.
