Your records are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in the United States, and never sold. Access inside CureWise is limited to the systems that answer your questions. We are HIPAA compliant and SOC 2 Type II audited.
You can download or delete everything at any time from My account.
Questions are processed to produce an answer and stored in your chat history so you can revisit them. They are not used to train models. You can delete any chat from History.
Yes. Go to My account, then Delete account. Deletion is scheduled and completes after 30 days, during which you can cancel. After that your profile, records, chats, and membership are permanently removed.
